Lovescape Chips Balance: Reconcile Purchases, Promo Credits and Use
Read Lovescape Token History to distinguish credit types and later deductions, and keep the Chips ledger separate from the subscription receipt.
Lovescape’s Chips guide distinguishes purchased and promotional credits and points to Token History for activity. Compare the opening balance, recorded credits and deductions over one period. A Chips balance, eligibility to purchase more and a subscription renewal are separate records; do not infer all three from the number at the top of the screen.
A current Chips balance is the end of a sequence, not a complete explanation of it. Lovescape’s Chips help page identifies purchased and promotional Chips and describes Token History for viewing activity.
Start with that history when a balance looks unexpected. A screenshot of today’s number alone cannot show which earlier credit or deduction produced it.
Reconcile one interval
Choose an opening time and ending time, with the time zone noted. Keep the opening balance, each credit and each deduction in that interval.
For an original fictional example:
| Entry | Change | Running balance |
|---|---|---|
| Opening balance | — | 120 |
| Recorded purchase credit | +200 | 320 |
| Recorded promotional credit | +30 | 350 |
| Recorded use | −45 | 305 |
The arithmetic is 120 + 200 + 30 − 45 = 305. These are invented entries, not an observed Lovescape account or current feature prices.
If the actual ledger does not reconcile, identify the first unexplained entry rather than assuming the last displayed number proves an expired credit or duplicate charge.
Label the credit category
The official page distinguishes purchased and promotional credits. Preserve that label in your notes. A promotion’s announcement and an actual credit entry are different evidence; being shown an offer does not prove it was applied.
The guide says Chips do not expire and describes purchase conditions. Treat those as the provider’s published statements, with any account-specific or offer-specific conditions checked separately. This article does not verify a private credit balance or certify refund eligibility.
Keep membership on a separate record
The Premium guide describes subscription billing. A membership receipt is not automatically a receipt for every later Chips purchase. Likewise, a remaining Chips number does not identify which subscription renewal is active.
If the issue is a missing paid credit, match its purchase reference to the ledger. If the issue is a promotional credit, identify the relevant offer and its recorded application. If the issue is renewal, use the subscription record instead.
Ask about a bounded discrepancy
Give official support the private account reference, relevant interval and specific unmatched entry. Keep sensitive payment details and chat content out of a public post.
Do not buy another package to test a missing credit. That creates a second purchase without explaining the first. The useful outcome is a consistent ledger and a clear explanation of any entry that still does not match its associated receipt or condition.
Sources and verification
This guide distinguishes published documentation from examples and observations. Feature access, policies and account screens can change; the linked source governs its own terms.
