Cancel Lovescape: Check Recurring Premium vs One-Time Ultra

Identify the billing structure on an existing Lovescape receipt before looking for renewal cancellation, and distinguish a one-time payment from a refund or account-deletion request.

Quick answer

Lovescape’s Premium help describes recurring billing and cancellation in account settings, while its Ultra announcement describes a one-time payment. Read your receipt and accepted plan terms first. A one-time purchase, stopping renewal, requesting a refund and deleting an account are different actions; a plan name alone does not settle every historical purchase.

Before looking for a cancellation button, establish whether the purchase renews. Lovescape’s Premium help describes a recurring plan. Its Ultra announcement describes a single-payment structure. Those are different billing questions.

This is a guide to reading an existing purchase, not a recommendation to buy either plan.

Start with the receipt and accepted terms

Record the product, purchase date, amount, currency, stated billing frequency and next charge date if one is shown. Keep the actual purchase record separate from an advertisement viewed later.

A current product announcement does not establish the conditions of every older purchase. A special offer, changed plan or historical receipt may require an account-specific explanation.

Recurring and one-time payments need different checks

The Premium help page says cancellation is available through account settings and access remains until the paid period ends. The Ultra post says its advertised structure has no renewal cycle.

If your receipt identifies a recurring plan, the completion question is whether future renewal is now stopped. If it identifies a genuinely one-time purchase, there may be no future recurring payment to cancel. That does not by itself decide whether repayment or account removal is available.

For an illustrative example, a one-time receipt with no stated renewal is not transformed into a recurring charge simply because the interface calls the product a plan. Equally, seeing the word Premium on a later page is not enough to identify the terms on an earlier receipt.

Preserve the resulting state

For a cancellation, keep the confirmation, resulting renewal state and access end date. Remaining access after renewal stops is not automatically evidence of failure.

If a button is absent, preserve the plan state and ask official support about the purchase reference. Do not make another purchase to expose a management control. The provider’s current account information should explain which billing structure applies.

Keep the other requests explicit

A request for repayment concerns an existing charge. Account deletion concerns access and data. Neither should be silently substituted for a future-renewal question.

The advertised word lifetime is a provider promise about a product, not an independent guarantee from this guide about future company operations. We have not purchased the plan or tested its private billing screen.

If the receipt and account display disagree, report the exact mismatch through official support. A useful answer identifies the purchase and explains its actual renewal state, rather than applying one cancellation script to every plan with the same brand name.
